Dogwood

The Dogwood is the state flower of both North Carolina and Virginia. This one has an oriental flavor and is done in pearls and metallics. Delicate pink blossoms and peridot leaves sprout from golden branches on a midnight blue background. The design was inspired by an oriental cabinet of my mother's that is inlaid with mother of pearl.

This All-Day Lollipop is 11 inches in length and has a 4¾ inch diameter whorl. It weighs about 1.7 oz.
