From Israel. Isn't the Internet wonderful? Avi Wasserman is a woodturner friend of Gabe Jamarillo's (Cascabeles Spindles). The two of them met on the internet through their mutual interest in woodturning. Gabe's enthusiasm for turning spindles fired Avi's imagination and now he is turning out his own drop spindles with a distinctive Israeli flair! Avi lives and works in Israel. Because Avi lives in a different part of the world, he has access to different beautiful woods from his geographical area. These spindles are a treat for the eyes and the hands!
